Accessibility

For information on accessible ticketing, accessible parking, ADA Accommodations, and other accessibility services we offer, please visit our Accessibility page.

 

Aisles

For safety and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher assigned to your section and refrain from standing in the aisles.

Animals

With the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs, animals or pets of any kind are not allowed. Service animals are must be kept on a leash or harness at all times.

ATM

ATMs can be found in the Coliseum on the main (lower) concourse at Section 102 and Section 120, and in the Special Events Center lobby.

Autographs

Greensboro Coliseum Complex does not have a dedicated area for autograph signings, and requests for autographs will not be processed.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes and meet-and-greet passes are not issued by Greensboro Coliseum Complex.

Box Office

The Advance Box Office at Greensboro Coliseum is open from 12 PM - 5 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and days when there are events in the Coliseum arena. For more information and additional ticketing locations, please visit our Ticketing Information page.

Cameras, Photography and Videography

No commercial or flash photography is allowed during events. Camcorders and audio/visual equipment are prohibited unless authorized by the team, promoter, or performer. Telephoto or zoom lenses, interchangeable lenses, monopods, tripods, and flash equipment are not permitted. Certain events may prohibit guests from using personal cameras and cell phones for photos and videos. For events such as graduations, recitals, or children's performances, please contact our Guest Services team to make special arrangements.

Catering

Oak View Group is the exclusive caterer of Greensboro Coliseum Complex. For information on dining and event catering, please visit our Catering page.

Chairs

Guests are prohibited from standing on permanent or portable chairs during events as it poses a safety hazard to both the guest and surrounding patrons in addition to obstructing the view of the event for other patrons.

Child Admission

Child admission policies vary depending on the event. For most concerts, sporting events and consumer shows, children who have reached their second birthday typically require a ticket. Family shows may set the guideline at the first birthday. Ticketmaster generally provides age guidelines on event ticketing pages. If you have questions about a specific event's age guidelines, please contact our Guest Services Team.

Booster seats are available in the Coliseum at the Guest Services booth at Section 103, and by usher request in the Special Events Center.

Elevators

Elevators are available at the north and south ends of the Coliseum to access the upper levels of the arena. Elevators are also available in the Special Events Center lobby and in the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

First Aid

For most ticketed events, our walk-in First Aid stations are staffed by Guilford County EMS. Walk-in First Aid stations can be found in the Coliseum on the main concourse at Section 115, on the upper concourse at Section 219, and in the Special Events Center lobby.

Food and Beverage

Guests are not allowed to bring in outside food or beverage. For more information on our Concessions offerings, please visit our Concessions page. Guests with specific or special dietary needs due to medical or religious reasons should contact our Guest Services team at 336-373-7461 prior to arriving at the Complex.

Guest Services Booth

The Guest Services booth is located adjacent to Section 103 on the main concourse of the Coliseum.

If You See Something, Say Something®

The If You See Something, Say Something® campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline team members in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime, and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If you see something, say something! To report suspicious activity, please speak to the nearest Guest Services team member.

Lost and Found

Items found at the Complex during an event are turned in to Guest Services and retained for 60 days. If you believe you lost an item at the Complex, please call 336-373-7400 during normal business hours.

Metal Detectors

For the safety of everyone at Greensboro Coliseum Complex, metal detectors and/or handheld metal detection wands may be utilized by security personnel.

Prohibited Items

In addition to this list, events retain the right to further prohibit items. Greensboro Coliseum Complex and event security staff retain the right to deem any item to be prohibited, unsafe, or potentially disruptive at any time to ensure a safe environment.

Recycling

We are proud to participate in the City of Greensboro’s recycling program. Recycling bins are located throughout the Complex, and guests are encouraged to deposit all plastic bottles, newspapers, and cans in their designated bins.

Seating Charts

Please visit our Ticketmaster Seating Charts page to view seat layouts for events that are currently on sale.

Signs

When an event allows signs, they should not exceed 18" x 18", and blank signs along with markers are not permitted. Please note that the sign policy will vary based on the specific event and guests may be asked to discard their signs or return them to a vehicle before entering a Coliseum Complex event.

Smoking

Greensboro Coliseum Complex is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or vapes, is prohibited.

Soliciting

Soliciting of any kind is prohibited on Greensboro Coliseum Complex property. This includes distributing flyers, pamphlets, leaflets, brochures, gathering signatures, picketing, and unauthorized merchandise sales. Those found engaging in these activities will be removed from the Complex property.


T

Tailgating

Guests are allowed to tailgate responsibly in the Coliseum parking lot. However, it is essential to comply with North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement statutes, which prohibit the consumption of liquor in public parking areas. Law enforcement may be present to enforce these regulations. Bringing alcoholic beverages into the Coliseum facilities is not permitted, and no one under 21 is allowed to purchase or possess alcoholic beverages.

Tailgating is limited to the area directly behind or in front of your vehicle. Using empty spaces for tailgating or reserving additional spaces is not allowed. Each vehicle is limited to one stall.

When using charcoal, make sure to extinguish and dispose of it in the provided fireproof container or take it with you. Avoid dumping coals on the parking surface or in the landscaping.


W

Will Call

Our will call windows open two hours before each ticketed event. If you've ordered tickets online, you can retrieve them here by showing a government-issued ID and the credit card used for payment. Please remember that tickets will only be provided to the guest whose ID, credit card, and ticket names are identical.
