Billing Information

A deposit of 50% of the total projected charges is required with the return of the signed agreement, with full payment due three days prior to the event based on the guarantee. Payments may be made with cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AMEX). Payments are to be made to Spectra Food Services & Hospitality.


We offer catering both on and off premises. High grade disposable products are used as a standard for all breaks, receptions and meals. China service is availabe upon request but may carry an additional charge. A 20% management charge applies to all functions. Floral arrangements and linens are available at an additional charge. Depending on the nature of event set-up, management fees may be greater than 20%.


The Greensboro Coliseum Complex has space for any event from small corporate meetings to plated dinners for 2,500. Room rental rates vary depending on the event and food and beverage needs. Please call 336-373-7415 for space availability and quotes.

Food Service Reservations, Contracts, and Policies

All contracts and menus must be signed and returned at least two weeks prior to your event. A guaranteed number of guests must be provided at least three days before your event and Spectra Food Services & Hospitality will be prepared to serve no more than 3-5% above that number. Customers are responsible for 100% of the guaranteed number, plus any additional portions served.

Additions, deletions, or changes must be made at least three business days prior to the event. Cancellations that are made with less than three days notice prior to the scheduled event time will require payment of 10% of costs of goods or services incurred by Spectra Food Services & Hospitality.
