Welcome to the Greensboro Coliseum Complex! We are a multi-purpose facility designed to provide the highest level of quality entertainment and services to its patrons.

ADA Accommodations

The Greensboro Coliseum Complex is committed to providing a first-class experience for all individuals including those who need special accommodations. Please contact us with additional questions or needs.

Greensboro Coliseum Complex currently offers the following accommodations and services:

Handicap parking spaces adjacent to all venues in the Complex (subject to availability).

Accessible seating for guests with disabilities is available in all venues. Tickets for patrons with disabilities may be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or at the Coliseum advance box office. If you require additional assistance in purchasing tickets for patrons with disabilities please e-mail us.

FM Assistive Listening Devices are available in all venues; please inquire with any usher or guest services representative.

Interpreters are available for guests with hearing impairment. To ensure proper service and scheduling, please call 336-373-7461 at least seven (7) days prior to the event date to request interpreter services. Please see our Guest Services – Services for Disabled Patrons page for additional information regarding accessibility.

Interpreter services are available at no cost in accordance with Title VI.

Aisles

For safety and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher assigned to your section and refrain from standing in the aisles.

Animals

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Service animals are welcome into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

Assistive Listening Devices

For guests who need assistance with hearing enhancement, the Coliseum Complex maintains assistive listening devices that patrons may borrow (free of charge) for entertainment performances in the Coliseum and Special Events Center. Please inquire with a Guest Services representative or usher to obtain an assistive listening device upon your arrival at the facility.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms - men's, women's and family - in the Coliseum and Special Events Center.

Bags

For safety and efficiency, the Coliseum Complex requests guests enter without a bag of any kind. If personal items are specifically needed, guests should bring as few items with them as possible. No large bags are permitted. Bags (no larger than 10" x 10") or diaper bags with an accompanying child are subject to inspection. Bags will cause a delay in the entry process.

All guests and items are subject to a consent inspection upon entering the facility. This consent inspection may involve metal detectors. All small purses and baby bags will be subject to consent inspection, without exception.

Box Office

Greensboro Coliseum advance box office hours are 12–5 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and SaturdaysFor additional information please see our tickets page.

Cameras/Photography

No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team/promoter or performer. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is NOT permitted: telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind, interchangeable lenses of any kind, monopods or tripods, flash equipment of any kind. For events such as graduations, recitals or childrens’ performances, please contact the Guest Services Manager at 336-373-7461 for special arrangements.

Chairs

Guests are prohibited from standing on permanent or portable chairs during events as it poses a safety hazard both to the guest and surrouding patrons, as well as obstructs the view of the event for other patrons.

Child Admission Policy

The admission policy for children varies by event. Most concerts, sporting events or consumer shows require children who have reached their second birthday to have a ticket. Family shows generally use the first birthday as a guideline. Please check with Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or the Greensboro Coliseum at 336-373-7400 for the age requirement for tickets for the event you are interested in attending.

Child Booster Seats

Child booster seats are available for all events and can be obtained at the following locations:

  • Coliseum – Guest Services booth at Section 103 on the main concourse 
  • Special Events Center – please inquire with any usher

Concessions

The Greensboro Coliseum Complex offers a wide variety of food and beverage items for our guests’ enjoyment. Please see our food and beverage page for more information.

E-cigarettes

E-cigarettes are not permitted in Greensboro Coliseum Complex facilities.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

The Greensboro Coliseum Complex maintains two (2) electric vehicle charging stations located at the front of the Special Events Center adjacent to the Greensboro Aquatic Center.  The Coliseum Complex provides the electrical charging complimentary. Duke Energy funded the installation of the vehicle charging units which are by Chargepoint:  www.chargepoint.com .The Coliseum Complex charges parking lot admission fees, per parking space, during major events.

Emergency

The Greensboro Coliseum makes it easy for you to be reached in an emergency. Simply leave your section, row and seat number with babysitters or another responsible party. Upon your arrival at the Complex, register your seat location with Guest Services. Instruct parties that may need to reach you to call 336-373-7445. Please note that a public address paging service is not available for most events so it is critical that anyone trying to reach you knows your exact seat location.

Entry Inspections

For select events, all guests entering the arena are subject to metal-detector screening and/or visual inspection and/or bag inspection conducted by Greensboro Coliseum Complex contracted security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items.

First Aid

First Aid stations are staffed with Guilford County EMS for most ticketed events. Walk-in first aid stations can be found in the following locations:

Coliseum – Main Concourse at Section 115

Upper Concourse at Section 219

Special Events Center – Lobby

Food and Beverage

Please visit our Food & Beverage page for information on our wide variety of concession stand offerings. Guests may not bring in outside food and/or beverage. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the Guest Services Manager at 336-373-7461 prior to arrival at facility.

Group Sales Discounts

Select events at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex offer substantial discounts to groups. Please call 336-373-2632 for more information or go to our group sales page.

Guest Services

Our Guest Services headquarters is located on the Coliseum concourse adjacent to Section 103. Guest Services associates will be on hand to assist you.

Hotels

For hotel, restaurant, travel/transportation or other local visitor information, please go to the Greensboro Area Convention & Visitors Bureau website or call 1-800-344-2282.

Interpreters for the Hearing Impaired

Interpreters are available for the hearing impaired. To ensure proper service and scheduling, please call 336-373-7461 at least seven (7) days prior to the event you are planning to attend to request this service.

Laptop Computers

Laptops or any type of full personal computers are not permitted inside the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. E-readers and iPads are permissible only at select events and subject to individual event/tour policies.

Locked Keys in Car

Contact a Coliseum parking attendant or call Coliseum Dock Security at 336-373-7447. Locksmiths are on site or in close proximity. Security will dispatch a locksmith to your location.

Lost & Found

Items found on our premises during an event are turned into Guest Services. At the conclusion of an event, all items are taken to the administrative offices of the Coliseum Complex. Items are retained for 60 days. Please call 336-373-7400 to reach a receptionist during normal business hours to check for lost items.

Uber, Lyft & Taxis

Uber, Lyft, and Taxi drop-offs and pick-ups can be made at the ACC Hall of Champions entrance located off Gate City Boulevard.

 

No Re-Entry

The Greensboro Coliseum Complex has a “no re-entry” policy during events. Guests wishing to return any items to their vehicle must do so before passing through the turnstiles. Select consumer shows and day-long sporting events permit re-entry with a hand stamp or alternate method of tracking.

Parents Room

A waiting room for non-ticketed parents is available for select concert events. The Coliseum offers complimentary dry snacks, beverages and televisions for your pleasure. Bring your book or your knitting and wait with us until the show concludes. Please call 336-373-7461 to inquire whether this room is available during your event.

Parking Lot Services

Parking attendants are available to dispatch a locksmith to your location if you have locked your keys in your car or to assist if you have a flat tire. Please contact Dock Security at 336-373-7447.

Recycling

The Coliseum is a proud participant in the City of Greensboro’s recycling program. Recycle bins are located throughout the Complex. Guests are encouraged to deposit all plastic bottles, newspapers and cans in the designated bins.

Reselling of Tickets

Per Coliseum policy, the resale of tickets on Coliseum property is not permitted. City of Greensboro police and Coliseum security enforce this policy on the Coliseum Complex campus.

Smoking

The Greensboro Coliseum Complex is a smoke free facility. As such, smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or vapes, is prohibited.

Tag-A-Child

The Tag-A-Child program is available for select events. The program is designed to help parents attending an event locate children who may have wandered off or cannot find their way back to their seats. Children can be “tagged” upon entering the facility at the registration table in the bridge area leading into the south entrance of the Coliseum. Coliseum personnel will register your child and issue a numbered wristband. We will also record the parents’ cell phone number, seat location and other descriptive information. If a child is reported missing or found by facility personnel, the Tag-A-Child program enables us to promptly reunite parent and child.

Tailgating

Guests are permitted to engage in tailgating activities in a responsible manner in the Coliseum parking lot. Please be aware that the consumption of liquor in the Coliseum parking lot or any public parking area is a violation of North Carolina ABC statutes. Agents are on site for enforcement.

Tickets

Event tickets are revocable and subject to denial of admission at management's discretion. Refunds will be provided upon termination. Violation of management's rules can result in revocation of the license and denial of admission or removal from the facility without compensation. Ticket holders assume all risks associated with the event and agree that the facility, promoter, organization, and others are not liable for any injuries, expenses, or claims. By attending, ticket holders grant permission for their image or likeness to be used in event broadcasts.

To purchase tickets for Greensboro Coliseum Complex events:

Beware of fraudulent ticket reseller websites. Only Ticketmaster.com and GreensboroColiseum.com are authorized. Tickets from other sources may be inauthentic, overpriced, invalid, or ineligible for assistance.

Greensboro Coliseum Complex is not responsible for third-party vendor purchases. Purchase tickets from approved sources.

No refunds, exchanges, readmission, or pass-outs.

Ticket Scanning

Coliseum ticket takers scan bar codes on most event tickets instead of tearing stubs. Please purchase tickets only from Coliseum approved sources. Tickets purchased on site from unauthorized individuals may be previously used or counterfeit and may not allow entry.

Wheelchair Service

Coliseum personnel are prepared to offer complimentary wheelchair service to assist getting a patron to/from their seats in all venues. Attendants should be visible when you enter the lobby. If you do not see an attendant, please inquire with any Coliseum employee; we will summon an attendant by radio. No advance notice is required, simply request assistance upon your arrival.

Will Call

Will call windows are open two hours prior to every ticketed event. Tickets that have been ordered on-line are available for pick-up at this location with presentation of a government issued ID and the credit card used to pay for the tickets. Tickets will be released only to the guest whose identification matches all three of the following criteria: the name on the ID, the name on the credit card and the name on the tickets.
