The Greensboro Coliseum Complex hosted graduation ceremonies for four Alamance-Burlington schools on Saturday (June 11) at the Fieldhouse. The four ceremonies totaled 6,514 Guests and 828 graduates.
The four ceremonies wrapped up a remarkably busy period of more than a month of hosting and managing graduation ceremonies for local high schools, colleges and universities, middle colleges, and childcare centers. Ceremonies were held at three Coliseum Complex venues – Greensboro Coliseum, Special Events Center and Fieldhouse. In addition, Coliseum Complex staff managed graduation ceremonies at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools and Winston-Salem State University.
In total, the Coliseum Complex managed 48 ceremonies at four different venues for 15,333 graduates and 135,263 guests. The largest ceremony was North Carolina A&T University’s ceremony on May 14 in the Greensboro Coliseum with 19,616 guests in attendance.
