Central Carolina Fair opens Friday

The 121st annual Central Carolina Fair will begin its 10-day run on Friday, September 6 at 5 p.m. 

Taking place at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, the Fair will once again feature spectacular rides, carnival food and games, musical entertainment and attractions for all ages.

The 2019 Central Carolina Fair Concert Series includes a pair of concerts at White Oak Amphitheatre - 105.7 Man Up presents ‘Rock & Ride’ featuring Saliva, Trapt & Tantric at White Oak Amphitheatre on Saturday, Sept. 7 and Q104.1 presents ‘Country Fest’ featuring Rodney Atkins on Saturday, September 14.  

Admission to the Fair is free on Sunday, Sept. 8 as La Ley (101.1 FM) celebrates its 16th anniversary with traditional Hispanic cultural entertainment, live music and authentic Hispanic food and beverages. Please visit laleync.com for more information.

Tuesday, Sept. 10 will be ‘107.5 WKZL Dollar Day’ at the Central Carolina Fair with admission, ride tickets, food items and parking all priced at just one dollar each. On. Sept. 11, Rock 92 presents ‘Patriots Day’ at the Central Carolina Fair with free admission and $15 unlimited ride wristbands for military, fire, police, medical first responders and their families.
