The Coliseum features Pepsi-Cola products and several popular branded food selections. The Coliseum also serves beer, daquiris, and mixed drinks at select events.

Welcome to Encore Catering by Ovations Food Services, the premier and exclusive caterer for the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. This section is designed to assist you in planning your event. Our menus have been carefully crafted by our expert chef and can be tailored and customized to fit your needs. When planning any event, selecting the perfect site is critical. To be truly successful, all social or business gatherings require great food. That’s where we come in. Our on-site catering staff is second to none at providing extraordinary meals while keeping an eye on the bottom line. We’ll treat your guests to something really special with imaginative menus as well as traditional favorites that taste even better than homemade. Food Service Reservations, Contracts, and Policies

All contracts and menus must be signed and returned at least two weeks prior to your event. A guaranteed number of guests must be provided at least three days before your event and Ovations Catering will be prepared to serve no more than 3-5% above that number. Customers are responsible for 100% of the guaranteed number, plus any additional portions served.

Additions, deletions, or changes must be made at least three business days prior to the event. Cancellations that are made with less than three days notice prior to the scheduled event time will require payment of 10% of costs of goods or services incurred by Ovations Catering.

Billing Information

A deposit of 50% of the total projected charges is required with the return of the signed agreement, with full payment due three days prior to the event based on the guarantee. Payments may be made with cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AMEX). Payments are to be made to Ovations Food Services. For amounts over $5,000, a 2.5% processing fee will apply.

Services

We offer catering both on and off premises. High grade disposable products are used as a standard for all breaks, recpetions and meals. China service is availabe upon request but may carry an additional charge. A 20% service fee applies to all functions.Floral arrangements and linens are available at an additional charge. Depending on the nature of event set-up, service fees may be greater than 20%.

Facilities

The Greensboro Coliseum Complex  has space for any event from small corporate meetings to plated dinners for 2,500. Room rental rates vary depending on the event and food and beverage needs. Please call 336-373-7415 for space availability and quotes.

Alcoholic Beverages and Excess Food

Ovations Catering must provide all alcoholic beverages. Cash and host bar services are available both on and off premises. Due to health regulations, the customer may not take excess food items from events served by Ovations from the event site. Any leftover items may not be returned for credit.
