The competition is intense. The words are hilarious. Let the spelling begin! The show centers on a fictional spelling bee in Putnam County. Six wiz kids face off in the battle of their lives. Not only do they compete against each other, they will also compete against members of the audience. Three adults help adjudicate the proceedings: a nostalgic former spelling bee winner, a mildly insane Vice Principal and The Official Comfort Counselor completing his community service. A recent Broadway Tony-award winner and a lot of fun!!

Special Night Descriptions:

September 24: Text Message Night—bring your cell phones and text word suggestions to our Spelling Bee moderator. Your word may be chosen for the contestants in the show!!

September 25: Dirty Word Night—adults only.

September 26; Disney Day—Kids’ favorite Disney words will be the focus of this show. Bring the kids and test your spelling skills…can you spell supercalifragilisticexpialidocious?
