From being able to sell out both clubs and arenas from coast to coast, connect millions with witty, uncompromised commentary, bring characters to life in some of the entertainment industry’s most noted movies and TV shows, Sommore and D.L. Hughley have undoubtedly established themselves as the reigning royal couple of comedy. Fans across the country will now have a chance to kick it in their kingdom at they bring the funny to cities across the country on The Royal Comedy Tour this year.
Appearing in Greensboro will be Sommore, Bruce Bruce, Don D.C.Curry and Turae.
With raw, unapologetic, hard hitting, hilarious comedy sketches broaching everything from Tiger to The Gosselins and the Octomom to Obama, nothing will be off limits as these comedians light up the stage and even people in the audience with their rowdy routines for The Royal Comedy Tour. If it makes news, they will mock it, if it hits the headlines they will hammer it, if it fires people up, they will make fun of it and if TMZ tackles it, they will take it apart bit by bit. About Sommore
This trendsetting, highly-acclaimed veteran entertainer is widely considered one of America's top comedic female entertainers. With a winning combination of class and sass, Sommore offers audiences a hilarious, yet piercing look at today's issues from a woman's perspective. In addition to her stand-up performances, Sommore has also appeared in several films including Friday After Next with Ice Cube, Family Reunion, Soul Plane, Something New and Dirty Laundry and has appeared as a featured guest on television shows including The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, ABC’s The View, Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher and CNN Headline News, and was profiled on Comedy Central's "Special Women in Comedy" program. Sommore also participated in season six of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club and was cast as the cornerstone for the "mob" with Bob Saget for the NBC primetime show 1 vs 100, appeared as the special guest star on MTV's Nick Cannon's Wild N' Out, and hosted Live at Gotham for Comedy Central. About Bruce Bruce

Bruce Bruce's steady style of comedy has been showcased across the country and he has been entertaining audiences young and old from all walks of life for years. Bruce Bruce eventually went on to host BET's 10th Anniversary Comic View and receive the highest ratings ever for the network and then go on to also host for BET the highly rated show Coming to the Stage.
Fortunately, Bruce Bruce’s talents have not been confined to the small screen, but have also spilled over into the big screen. Bruce Bruce has created unforgettably crazy characters like "Lime Pimp" in the movie, Hair Show opposite Mo'Nique, ”Dewayne”, the lovable security guard in The Wash, with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre and as “Golf Ball Eddie” in Who’s Your Caddy? About Don “D.C.” Curry
After the being named "Comedian Of The Year" by BET and eventually hosting Comic View, film and TV roles started flooding in for Curry. His list of credits would grow to include a regular role on ABC's, Grace Under Fire, performances on HBO's critically acclaimed The Chris Rock Show, the hit sitcom, Roseanne and The Steve Harvey Show. He would also gain critical acclaim and chatter as “Pastor Jones” on the NBC sitcom, The Tracey Morgan Show, as the outrageous “Uncle Elroy” in Next Friday, and the hilarious holiday three-quel Friday After Next. He would go on to film, Don "D.C." Curry-Nervous Breakdown Live!, his own DVD/cable TV special and CD that he also co-produced and also star in his own cable special, Comedy Central presents D.C. CURRY which continues to air on the network to rave reviews.
About TuRae
As young comedians go, TuRae is a breath of fresh reality. Landing a steady hosting spot at a local club in Philly called the Laff House, TuRae was able to use his life experiences as a neighborhood geek and failed basketball star, to fuel his almost endless reflections of urban life as part of his act. His sense of urban realism readily invites audiences to his world, as he graciously pokes fun at theirs. Performing his craft in clubs and colleges across the country and developing a true sense of self is important to a young man with an original name such as his. The native Philadelphian has been able to hold stages with some of the greatest comedic talents today, including Cedric the Entertainer and Dom Irerra, just to name a few and also perform alongside music legends like Gil Scot-Heron, Patti Labelle, and Alicia Keys. With a bright future, and endless motivation, TuRae is a truly entertaining comic, with an engaging personality that will continue to be heard by the masses for years to come.
