Motocross Ticket Exchange Details (UPDATED 2/16)

Patrons who were unable to attend the Gravity Slashers Freestyle Motocross event on January 30th due to the weather conditions may exchange their unused tickets for any performance of the following:
Disney Live Rockin’ Road Show (War Memorial Auditorium, Friday, April 2, 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm)
Unused tickets, along with a note indicating which event and performance date/time you are exchanging for, should be mailed to:

2010 Disney on Ice** (tentatively scheduled Dec 2 – 5, 2010)
2011 Monster Truck Jam** (tentatively scheduled January 14-15, 2011)
2011 Arenacross** (dates TBD).
**Please note that tickets for Disney on Ice, Monster Truck Jam and Arenacross are not yet on sale. Patrons wanting to exchange Motocross tickets for one of those events should hold on to their tickets until those events go on sale later in the year (check back to this website for future event announcements).
Exchanges cannot be made over the phone but you can make the exchange the day of show at the box office. I would suggest arriving at least a half hour before show time however. All exchanges will be for the best available seating closest to the value of your motocross tickets.

Greensboro Coliseum Complex
We live about 2 hours away from Greensboro. Going to the box office and exchanging them may pose a challenge. Is there another option that we have to exchange the tickets. We would like to go to the circus Saturday. Thanks
Can I exchange ticket for ringling bro's over the phone because I did the will call plan for the motor cross and I also live one and a half hours away. Please let me know if I can do this and if I can email me a number. Thanks
Hi - there is no form to fill out. Simply follow the instructions on this page. If you are looking to exchange for Circus tickets you can do so at the box office (and purchase additional tickets at that time if you wish).

Can't find the form to fill out to buy additional tickets with the trade in tickets? I talked with Kelly on the phone and she said a form was on site, but can't locate it. Could you direct me?

Yes, exchanges for Circus tickets can be done in person at the Coliseum Box Office. Box office hours are 11 AM - 6 PM, Monday-Saturday. Seat locations will depend on availability and the value of your Motocross ticket(s).
can i bring my unused ticket to the coliseum and trade it for circus ticket in person. i would like to see where my seats will be and also pick which show and time i would like to atten
